Hi Russ
I am the send and would like a hard copy of the BCC's to put on file - it
is
very obvious how it works when you are the receiver but when you are the
sender it should work in your favour - I have worked it out myself and
copied
the BCC field and pasted it into my email to print out.

Print out?
Perhaps you do not understand the intent of the BCC field. It is to hide
recipients from anyone but you. That would most certainly include
printouts.
