print out is not correct,page width differrant

ISSUE IN MS OFFICE

dear sir,
i am using MS 2009 since starting. Recently my sistem i formatted, after
then i installed MS, when i am print out any doccuments WORD or EXCEL page
borders coming one side (width is not correct) but the print lay out and
print preview is correct,only its happening print out. After then i change my
printer. The same happen. Please give me a good advice about this issue as
soon as possible
