Print out report design

Is there a way to print out a copy of the design view of the report - i.e.
with the field names listed where the data would usually be printed out?

There's not an easy way of printing out the complete record with all blank
fields.

You may be able to create a record where all fields are null.
That's probably not possible if you have a primary key though.

Another alternative is to temporarily set the text boxes so they print white
text on a white background.

Only way I know is to use some screen grabbing tool. or uinsg Print Screen
while in design view.

I use SnagIt from TechSmith.com. I believe they have a try before buy
program, so you could download a copy and see if it works for you. I find
it a good tool for creating screen shots, etc. for my user documentation.
