Hi Friedrich,

your question is not really clear, I'm afraid. If I understand correctly,
you'd like Entourage to show you a list of completed to do items for a
certain period, is that right? In that case, you should try creating a
custom view; under File>New>Custom View, select the checkbox next to Tasks,
but disable any other Item Types, then specify your criteria. I can't really
help you with this, since I don't really understand what you mean by "all
from/to given dates finished jobs/todos", but I'm sure you can figure it out
yourself. If not, post back and give us a few more details.

Now that you have this new custom view, switch to the task section (if
you're not already in it) and select the view from the view list on the
left-hand side. You will now see all the to do items that match the criteria
you've just specified. Select them all (click on one item, then hit Cmd+A),
then go to File>Print. In the print dialogue, just below the fields where
you can enter the page range, select "current task list" from the dropdown
menu, and you'll get a printout for your current view.

I hope this answers your question; if it doesn't, post back with more
details.

The problem is, I do not find a way to define that the custom view
shows only tasks *finished* in May 2006 or *finished* between
2006/05/10 and 2006/05/20 or *created* but not *finished* in June 2006.

Yes, Entourage lacks some fine-tuning in that aspect, and there's not really
that much you can do about it, sorry. However, as far as the print-out is
concerned, for a task list that covers a certain period, like the one you
mentioned (between 10/05/06 and 20/05/06): you can create a rough custom
view which narrows down your completed tasks, then arrange them by date and
select all those events matching that specific time period. Then go to
File>Print, and instead of "current task list", choose "selected tasks" from
the dropdown menu. That way, at least your printed to do list will look the
way you want it (more or less).
