print out yearly calendar

I am trying to print out (by month) my calendar for the
year. I noticed that it only has my appointments from
May - December. January to April have disappeared,
except for my recurrences. Does Outlook only store so
many months at a time? Thanks!!

Do you have AutoArchive turned on for the Calendar folder? Check the folder
properties (AutoArchive tab), as well as the global AA settings in Tools |
Options | Other | AutoArchive. Global must be turned on for anything to
archive, but folder-specific settings overrule the global ones.
