Print Output Problem - MS Publisher 2003

I have downloaded a brochure template from design gallery, updated the copy,
and when i print it the margins are not printing as i have them laid out in
the document even though the settings are showing a .25" margin for
top-bottom-left-right and the grid layout view shows the exact same. Not sure
what to do to fix this but any help is appreciated.
