print portrait page numbers on landscape pages

Hi. I rotate to landscape in a new section, but I want the page numbers to
print in the same place on the paper as they do in portrait (top right
portrait, bottom right landscape, with number flipped 90 degress clockwise).
Can word do this?
I've experimented with text boxes but I can't line them up consistently from
page to page.
