Print preview and what prints do not match

In Word 2007. The document has two pages on one 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of paper
with page (section) breaks between, with graphics and text on both pages.
The problem is when I display the document in print preview it looks fine.
But when I print it the graphics from page 2 are printing over everything on
page 1, all the text prints fine.
