Print Preview command problem

I'm using an Excel form for expenses. Whenever I finish entering all my data
and hit "Print Preview" it overwrites information on top of other
information. If you print it, it prints with the same error. If you save it,
you can't get rid of the error. Any ideas what might cause this (it's only
been happening a couple of weeks...worked fine before!)

What kind of information? Is it by any chance text in text boxes or
listboxes or autoshapes etc, and what is happening is that it all shifts to
the left? If so then perhaps this:-

Hi Ken,
sorry for the delayed response. I went to the link you gave but could not
find a way to download the hotfix except by calling the $help desk (I am a
r-e-a-l novice). I tried the workaround but don't find the "command button"
mentioned, and no matter what I right-click, I do not get "Format Control". I
searched Excel several ways for each but no luck. Any clarifications to offer?
