Print Preview does not match what actually prints

We have a customer who is running Access 2007 and has never had a problem
printing duplexed reports on our software.

We loaded the latest hotfix to speed up access (KB960307) and now when our
customer prints, the previewed version is correct, but half of the time when
they send it to the printer, half is cut off, or the 2nd page doesn't print.
We are having major problems and we do not know what else to do.

We have reinstalled printer drivers, had the reports print to other
printers, same effect.

HELP!!!

Any advice is greatly appreciated!
