PRINT PREVIEW FOR ENVELOPE OPENS IN A4 SIZE

I Have created an envelope in publisher ( DL TYPE ) And saved it for future
use . I now wish to print, but my print preview box shows my document as an
A4 sheet and not an envelope? The sheet lies on it's side in the preview box
with the address and my personal design on the bottom half of the sheet, I
can print one item at a time in this way , but as soon as i try to increase
the number of prints or choose the correct size envelope in my printer
properties box ,the preview box opens , and again it's A4 but with the
address ect at top of the page and then the printer misses the blank
envelopes completely? I'm baffled can anyone help? Have i got a setting wrong
somewhere! I am using Office Pro 2003 and my printer is an Epson CX6400

Dear Mary
Thankyou for trying to help. Have uninstalled and re-installed
but the problem still remains. I have tried various types of envelope in
publisher, again all with the same result? My envelopes saved in "Word" all
respond correctly in the preveiw box. Anyway, I'm not a mega businessman only
need the odd envelope now and again, it's an annoying little problem i can
put up with. These small niggles have a way of sorting themselves out and i'm
sure if persevere long enough the answer will be staring me in the face.
Anyway thanks again for your trouble

Have you tried setting up a custom page in the printer setup rather than the
envelope setup?

DEAR Mary
Yes! your suggestion worked. However it will still only
print one at a time? something i've only just noticed is, in the print
preview box it shows two pages to print? and the second page is blank! would
this have a bearing at all?
Soz to be a pain but it would be nice to solve this problem
