Print preview freeze up.

I have a user who's machine freezes when she tries to do a
print preview of an Excel document, It eventually un-
freezes after about 10 - 15 second but of course she wants
this fixed!
I did a search for .xlb files but didn't find any, hidden
or otherwise.

Any ideas?
