"Print Preview" incorrectly updates numeration on table of content

Hi,

When I do CTRL+A followed by CTRL+F9, the table of contents on Word is
updated correctly. However, if I print the document or do "Print Preview" the
numeration in the Table of Contents is updated incorrectly. Moreover, each
time that happens, it is in a differente way, like:
Chapter 1 ............1
Chapter2..............6
Chapter3...............8
Chapter4...............8
Chapter5...............8

Does anybody knows what is happening?
