Print Preview / Name Property Problem

I have one report that is generating an error.

The error message is "You can't set the Form Name property
in print preview or after printing has started. Try
setting this property in the OnOpen event."

The trick is that I'm not trying to set the Form Name
Property.
I get this error if I open the report in preview mode,
click setup and click OK without making any changes, then
click close.

If I don't enter into setup I don't get the error message.

Any ideas?
