Hello Excel-lent folks,
This is the first time i've tried to do this, so i don't know if it's a
limitation of Excel or something glitchy with my printer driver, or
something else!?
My problem is - i can ONLY see a color preview in Print Preview mode, but I
need to see grayscale, so i can choose colors for bar charts that will print
well in grayscale as well as color.
I have only a B&W printer hooked up to my laptop at the moment (an HP
LaserJet 3100). The print preview in PowerPoint at the moment will ONLY show
as grayscale, apparently it can tell there's no color printer attached.
But it's the opposite in Excel - ONLY color preview! Does anyone know if
there's a trick for changing to grayscale preview, or is this just the way
it is in Excel?
Thanks very much,
Melinda Breitmeyer
