Print preview not available for html formatted elements

Hi we have several users which can't print or preview their e-mails befor
printing them.
When they print they only get the from/to and header information.
The rest of the page is blank.
When they try to preview before printing they get the message that preview
is not available for html formatted elements.
How do I solve this?
