I am having trouble setting print margins for received (incoming) messages.
One manifestation is that in Print Preview, for some (but not all) received
messages only the heading appears, i.e. From, Sent, To and Subject. The
body of the received message does not appear. If I double click a received
message, Print Preview is grayed-out in the File Menu of the resulting
window. Furthermore, I am not able to set margins using Page Setup. The
margins I set are ignored, and printing
is cut off on the right and left margins. I am running Outlook 2000 in
WinXP. I have two printers -- an HP Laserjet 1200 and an HP PSC 2175-- and
the problem exists for both. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly
appreciated
