print preview/permissions

in office i cannot print preview excel or word docs. On the toolbar the print
preview icon has a no entry sign on it , I have tried file/permissions and
this shows unrestricted access, when I double click on the print preview icon
I get a sign up box for information management service which is for giving
permissions to files you E mail - any help would be appreciated

It sounds like you are using the wrong button for Print Preview. You
need the one with the paper and magnifying glass, not the one with the
paper and red circle which is another function.

I suspect you aren't seeing all of the available commands on the
toolbar. Go to Tools/Customize and on the Options tab turn on "Show
Standard and Formatting toolbars on two rows" Note this command is the
same for all Office applications.
