Print Preview Problem

I am using modular forms in my Access 2K application.

When I pull up a report in preview mode it displays behind any of the forms
I might have open when I call the print prreview routine.

Is there a way to bring this report up over the top of any open forms?

Thanks in advance for any assistance you may be able to provide.
