Print Preview shows text and art but then prints only art??

In Word I've created a document with regular text and pieces of clip art. My
print preview displays both but when I hit Print, only the clip art and an
inserted photo appear. Is there something in my commands that needs to be
adjusted. Never had this happen before.

Is the "regular text" in a text box? If so, do you have "Drawing objects"
checked on the Print tab of Tools | Options?

No setting I know - sounds like your printer is out of black ink.
