Print preview

Hi,

I tried to print a particular repor with one employee only.
It works here with preview:
DoCmd.OpenReport "rptInvoice", acViewPreview, , "[tblInvoices].[ID] = " &
Me.txtInvoiceID, acDialog

However, if I don't preview it by
DoCmd.OpenReport "rptInvoice", , , "[tblInvoices].[ID] = " &
Me.txtInvoiceID, acDialog
it then prints out all employee, any idea?

In addition, in the preview, there is no print button or option for me to
print, what property I should set to enable the print option in preview?
