print problem

running Vista home premium and Office 2007

Word > File > Print opens a new window
Publisher > File > Print opens a new window

these windows are different. These windows
behave different.

My printer is a Xerox Document Centre 470 PS.
I wish to print from tray 6.

Publisher will print from tray 6.
Word will NOT print from tray 6.

Q: Anybody recognize this problem?
Q: If you recognize this problem, do you
also know the fix?

Youve visited Xerox site for any Vista driver update?
Did'nt make the mistake of allowing MSupdate to install a driver?
