Print problems in Photo Editor

Photo editor fails to print properly (a fog rather than a
picture is output) from user accounts when using print in
the file menu. However it works OK in administrator
account and print from the toolbar icon works in all
accounts. Registry problem? If so what do I edit?

Office XP standard with HP laserjet 1200 and HP laserjet
1200 series PCL driver version 5.1.2600.0 being used (auto
selected by XP hardware wizard)
