Print Problems

I receive a message ' Prop bitmap DLL not loaded' when attempting to print.
If I click on 'OK' a number of times I receive a message 'Connecting to
Printer' albeit the connection to the Dell 922 AIO is fine.
Cancelling the 'Connecting to..' message eventually starts the print process.
Most times the page prints the header only and leaves out all text......
Word docs print fine as do prints from the internet - it is Outlook 2007
that is the problem.
This has not been the case from initial install of Office 2007 - it manifested
itself about a week ago.
Any help would be greatly appreciated - this is a real pain!!!

Might ask Dell. Someone else posted your problem, unfortunately no solution.

Have you checked for an updated printer driver from the manufacturer's web site.

It is always advisable to completely remove your printer before you
install/reinstall a driver.

I have a client is is asking for help with the same issue, whenever sh
tries to print an email from Outlook 2007 she receives the error "pro
bitmap dll not loaded" she can print if she clicks OK several time
however that seems particularly bizarre to me.

I have asked her to download the latest driver for the printer in th
hopes that solves the issue. Printer is a lexmark 6300?? i think..
