Print Range in Outlook 2007

Can't believe you disabled or didn't provide ability to print a selected
range of pages in Outlook. I sometimes have email threads that go on for 15
pages. I only want to print Page 1. Fix this.

Open the message and choose Actions>View in Browser. You can then print a
selection or page range.

I can't find the "view in Browser" link. I'm using Outlook 2007 and I
too need the print range feature. I can't believe such a simple thing
is not included.

Open the message by double-clicking it. There should be an Actions menu.

If you have an attachment it will not allow you to view in browser. If there
is an attachment, what should we do to print a range of pages?

I never noticed that. Sorry, I don't know.

You can fix this issue if you use a third party addin:

Savvisoft have released Blueprint for Outlook Basic edition, a great value addin for Outlook which has been designed to simply enable you to reduce paper usage. As part of this, Blueprint enables you to select part of a message and print it whilst still retaining all the usual header information.

I agree. In Outloook 2003 I could choose to edit in Word and then I could
select the pages to print. When MS integrated Word into Outlook in 2007 they
neglected to include the full functionality of Word printing.
