Print Range/Page Numbering Conflict

P

Paul G

I often create documents in which the first numbered page,
Page 1, is actually on the 3rd or 4th page of the document
because of a title page, table of contents, preface, etc.

When I attempt to print a specific page range in such a
document (pages 5-9, for example) I either get the wrong
pages or nothing. Printing "All" or "Current Page" is no
problem, but anything else is impossible. My guess is
that this is due to a some sort of conflict caused by the
discrepancy between the document page number and the page
number that has actually been inserted.

Does anyone know how to overcome this problem (and make my
life a lot easier)?

Many thanks in advance for your help.
