Print Ranges

I am trying to set the print range and page breaks and am
having no luck. I select the print preveiw icon at the
top of the page and then select the "Page Break
Preveiw". When I place my curser over a page break and
attempt to move it, nothing happens. I see a large +
when I place the cursor over the break to be moved. I
think I should see two arrows when the cursor is placed
over the break. Then I should be able to drag the page
break to anywhere on the page.

I have tried to reinstall the software but this doesn'
correct the problem.

Any suggestions?
