Print Report to Custom Paper Size

I want to print a report to a custom paper size (24,2cm X
21,6cm) in a dot-matrix printer. I have created a custom
paper size through control panel->printers etc. but in
the page setup of the report i cannot select this paper
size through the dot-matrix printer (but through another
printer). Even if i select this custom size through the
other printer, when i print it in dot matrix it prints as
if an A4 page is selected.

Note that i print in this custom size with the dot-matrix
printer through an old dos application, so the printer
actually supports this paper size

Any solution?
