Hi,
I've just upgrade a PC from Windows 98 to Windows 2000. I've also upgrade
W2K with Services Pack 3 (not 4 yet) and installed Office 2000 with SP1. The
user was using Office 2000 under Windows 98 and she never encountered any
problems printing reports using her local printer.
Now, when she tries to print the reports that contains unicode labels, the
printer keeps hanging after it loaded about 884 k. I would appreciate it
very much if someone could please enlightened me on this.
Is this a machine memory issue or do I need to install some patch to fix up
this problem.
Thanks you.
