Print Resource Calendars in Proejct 2007

Hi
I am fairly new to project 2007.

How do I print Resource Calendars so I can easily send them t
consultants so they know which days they are working?

Hi Dean

You can get resource calendar reports through Report > Reports > custom >
new > resource

Then select the type of resource and in 'details' select the option
'calendar'.

This way you can create customised reports for resource calendars.

Hi Dean,

I assume you want to show the assignments for each resource in a
calendar format. You can show the Calendar view and then use the
filter "Using Resource" to hide any tasks the selected resource is
not assigned to. Repeat for each resource of interest, printing the
view each time.

You may also like some of the pre-existing reports, particularly the
To-Do report.
