Print Screen in Word

When I use the keyboard function key of print screen and paste it in a Word
document, only the very bottom of the picture is visible. When I click on
the picture an outline of the entire picture shows and it is off the the
actual page. The only part of the screen shot that shows displays at the top
of the page. I use this function daily at work, but they have an older
version of Word. I have tried using Alt and Print Screen key and that
results in the same.

This has nothing to do with the way you got the screen print, but rather with
the formatting in Word. The paragraph where you pasted the picture is formatted
with an "Exact" line spacing.

Right-click in the paragraph and choose the Paragraph item on the menu. Change
the "Exact" line spacing to "At least" and click OK.
