Print Screen problems

Hi!

When using printscreen with xp and pasting the picture into word 2003 I only
get a white box, no picture. But if I press preview or print the picture is
shown. If I paste to wordpad it is shown ok.

What could be wrong with word?

Go to Tools > Options > View and make sure that "Picture placeholders" is
*not* checked in the "Show" section, and that "Drawing objects" *is* checked
in the "Print and Web Layout options" section.

This error we have on 5 new XP,sp2 with Office 2003 Pro

I don't have any more tricks -- those are the only controls in Word
that have any effect.
