how do you print the entire screen in MS Word - including tool bars
etc?

Use the PrtScr button on your keyboard to capture the entire screen to the
clipboard. To capture only the active window, use Alt+PrtScr.

You can paste the clipboard result back into Word, or into Paint or other
Office/graphics programs.
