print section of project plan or tasks by date range

How do you print only a section of a project plan? That is, the print window
allows you to select a date range to print but does not allow you to specify
the rows to print. For example, I have my project plan sorted by start date,
which gives the plan a waterfall look. Selecting a date range to print will
limit the timescale to the specified date range. However, all 200+ tasks are
also printed. So, is there a way to make the printed date range include only
those tasks that are relevent to the date range?

Hi Tom,

You have to use, of make, a filter such that only the tasks you want to
print show.
