Print Sections based on selected checkboxes in a form

I have a Word document with 7 check boxes. I'd like to attach a macro
to the print button on the toolbar that would print a corresponding
section of the document based on which check boxes are checked off.

Users may select any combination of the 7 check boxes.

Each check box corresponds with an addendum that needs to be printed
only if the box is checked.

In addition to printing the specified addendums, the macro should also
print the main document. (Sections 1-7)

For example "check21" corresponds with Section 8
"check "26" with Sections 11-13

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
