Print selected contacts in card format

I wish to print only names from a category (Personal) in the card format
using Day-Timer Junior size.

1) I can print the whole contact list this way (but only want 40 of the 800
entries)
2) Can sort on Personal and print a memo style or a table style but not a
card style using Day-Timer Junior size.

I am convinced I am missing something obvious but I do not know what it is.
I am running Outlook 2000 on a Toshiba running XP home edition.

Thanks,

Lee

Outlook folder printing is WYSIWYG. If you want only names to appear in the
printout, then show only names in the view. Since you also want to print
from just one category, the best course of action is to create a new view:

1. Choose View | Current View | Define Views.
2. Click New, give the view a name and make it a card view on all contact
folders (or just the current folder -- your choice)
3. Set the filter to filter only category Personal.
4. Set the Fields to show only Full Name or File As, which ever you want.
5. Apply the view.

You should then be able to use this view whenever you want that particular
printout.
