I have Word 2007 and an HP laserjet 2430tn. Periodically, I will send a
document to print and it selects Tray 2 on it's own, which is our letterhead
tray. I have changed the advanced options to be tray 3 (plain paper) and
changed the properties on the printer to be tray 3. Usually, having
"automatically select" works but every so often it just goes to tray 2 so I
try changing everything I can think of to make it go to tray 3. Nothing.
Any suggestions?
