Print Settings problem - Legend

I'm having difficulty getting a legend to appear when printing a custom table
in one of my projects. I've got the legend in the output when printing the
same custom table in my other projects - and as far as I can tell my page
setup settings are identical - but I'm not seing the legend in one of my
projects. This is critical for my purposes, as I use custom text in a custom
table to be able to obtain progressing of tasks from PMs. Any light shed
would be appreciated!

File/Print Preview/Page Setup/Legend tab and select appropriately to turn it
on.

Hi,

Whether or not the legend shows is not related to the table but to the view.
By all means, in Page Setup, Legend, you control the appearance of the
Legend.

My thanks to you both! Apparently I've stumbled on a 'feature;' when I have
two or more project files open at the same time the legend will only appear
in Print Preview of one of the two. I've found by closing the project files I
don't need the problem resolves. BTW, this cropped up when creating a Work
Input table, Mike, to facilitate obtaining status from PMs (according to your
tutorial #27 - great work there and very helpful).

Hi JP -
I'm having a similar problem - I can't seem to get the legend to appear.
I had it working and now it stopped... I did not change any of my print
options. I can't seem to figure out what is preventing the legend from
appearing. Is there something in a global .mpt file or some other "hidden"
options.

It's not the view - I have the Gantt view up.
I don't have 2 project files open at the same time.
I have the legend on - I'm stumped.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
