Print showing 'from, sent' banner from word doc

in my previous outlook i was able to email a word doc then go to sent items
and print out the file note or email showing who it was from when it was sent
etc ie the 'sent banner'. the new version of outlook does not allow me to do
this. when sending from a word document it only gives me the option of
sending as an attachment. which means i have to print off two pages; one
with the content from word and one with the banner of 'who what when where'
etc. i have searched the outlook help but it makes no sense, as i'm not sure
where to look for it.

The functionality is still there but you'll have to add it to the QAT first.
