I've defined a Print Style for custom-designed contacts in Outlook 2003.
However, it lists all the fields in alphabetical order, and doesn't allow me
to do things like visually format them (ie, put a line between each one, or
separate them in any way.)
I've searched the Office help files high and low, but they're useless,
simply telling me to set the options in the "Define Print Styles" window, but
there are no options listed! Changing the font doesn't help me, I need to
actually rearrange the fields as they appear, and pick-and-choose which
fields appear, and which don't. HELP!
