If you have Word 2000 or above, you can select the "2 pages per sheet"
option in Page Setup (not the one in the Print dialog). This will give you
two A5 pages on one A4 sheet. You can either create the leaflet once and
copy it to the second page, or you can create it once and specify pages 1,1
when printing.
