Hi All,
I'm well versed in MS Access VBA, and this is my first attempt at MS
Outlook VBA, so please explain to me like I'm 12 years old.
The situation;
I have a Fax server in a different state that converts a fax to a
.TIF file, then sends it to a mailbox we've set up specifically for
faxes. Most of these faxes will then have to be imaged by an offsite
company, and to do so they need to be printed. (yup, I realize, we're
taking a paper copy, imagining it, transmitting it, printing it,
shipping it, and then re-imaging it... it's out of my control)
The Question;
I noticed someone posted a similar situation earlier and didn't get
any response, but what I want to do is on Application_NewMail Print the
attached .TIF file. There’s a printer set up specifically to handle
this task. It would be nice if this can be handled at the exchange
server, but if not I would need something to print anything that arrived
during off hours, as it’s against policy to leave a computer running
overnight.
Thanks,
Dave
