Print Titles won't appear as wanted

I really need help for this problem. I already fill in row number 1-3 a
my print titles in the page setup menu but everytime i print out m
worksheet row number 5-7 always on top instead of 1-3.
Anyone please help

Maybe I'm missing something but, do you actually have anything in Rows
1->3?

yes, i have the heading part for my worksheet in row number 1-3

(About the only way I can get this to happen is if I set the font color
to white.)

Does it appear as though it is "attempting" to print the 1st three rows
(i.e. does the spacing reflect a gap before the visible values)?

What version of Xl are you using?
