Assuming you're using OE, either click on the right arrows just under the MS
logo top right to bring down a menu containing the word 'attach', or
maximise the message box and the button 'attach' will appear in the toolbar.
Then attach - i.e find the file.

Hey Rob
I go to File send to mail recipient. I know how to send an email with an
attachment. I am trying to go to the "file" menu then "mail recipient" when
I get that screen it looks like a regular email. I insert the address in the
send to box, but then I don't know what to hit to actually execute the
email.

If you're using "File>Send To>Mail Recipient" click on 'Send a copy'
and the document will be in the body of the email.

If using "File>Send To>Mail Recipient (as Attachment)" the Word
document will be automatically attached - just click 'Send' as per
regular email.

Hey thanks!!
I just figured that "send a copy" meant like a carbon copy. I guess I should
have experimented.
But...... again thanks

Aye, agreed - I think it ought to say "Send" or "Send email" - caused
me some confusion at first.

Glad to hear it's sorted now.
