Print to File- creates separate pdf for each section

Hello.

I select print to file, save as file/format pdf. The document has
multiple sections. Usually I don't have a problem getting all to
appear in one pdf file. With this particular document, which I did not
create, section 1 is saved in one pdf, section 2 in another. Any
hints?

Thanks
Andrea

(watch the linewrap - it's all one URL)

with a link to an article he wrote that discusses the problem and a
proposed solution (though it's not well tested, yet). If you try his
method, please post back with the results.

BTW - you could have found this either by looking back through the
previous two weeks of messages or by searching the archives with

You are in luck. There's a workaround for this issue.

See Pierre Igot's post on this subject earlier this month ...never mind,
here it is:

Hi all,

I invited you to read this article I wrote for Applelust.com about
this very problem (single Word document saved as multiple PDF files in
Mac OS X):

In short, the workaround is to do edit-->select all, then choose file-->Page
Setup. This fix ought to work until you change your sectioning, or
something related to sectioning -- it isn't quite clear. Please report your
results back to this group.

Thanks,

Henry
