Print to Onenote 2007

I've upgraded from 2003 to ON 2007. The printer option to print to Onenote
2007 is not available. I unistalled 2003 before installing 2007. I have
uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled, rebooted three times with no luck at
getting this option to show up. I have also tried a repair with no luck. Any
ideas on what I could do to get this to work. To me it is one of the most
valuable parts on Onenote 2007. Thanks for any help.

Did you remove the print to OneNote 2003 powertoy before you installed
2007? This powertoy is separate from ON 2003, so removing 2003 only will
not remove it.
If you didn't do that, remove 2007, remove the powertoy, reboot and
reinstall 2007.

I never had the 2003 powertoy. It was never installed.

Removing, reboot and reinstalling (the reboot is critical) should
install the printer driver then for you. Are you sure it is nowhere to
be found?

It is definitely nowhere to be found. It is not on the list of available
printers as an option or anywhere else that I can see. I am at a loss as to
what to try next.
