Print to or cut and paste

Hello all,

I'm having a difficult time deciding if I want to cut and paste certain
documents into onenote, or use the print to option.

In have install manuals, operations manuals, software apply manuals,
specifications and other assorted documents for multiple applicationsI want
in onenote. I started with print to, but I'm finding that I do not much like
the way the documents "work" in one note. The search feature is fine, but
the notes and other items don't seem "right" I guess. I also thought I would
be able to highlight. I expected it to be a little more ms word like ...
maybe the notes would be more like comments, something?!?

I may have a setting wrong, and, of course, I am using onenote 2007 and
office 2003 because my company is not yet supporting office 2007 so there may
be issues there ..?

The question also comes to mind which way might be better when the updated
manuals are sent out... I could live with the print to option if it was
easier to "transfer" my notes...

Any thoughts, suggestions, tips would be great. I do love onenote and in the
absence of a central wikki or other good collaborative option it is a
godsend.

thank you much.
