Print to PDF Bug: Default Filename as "Formating Pallete"?

I have 10.3 and Office V.x. When i try to print to PDF, the default
filename is called "Formating Pallete" instead of the name of the
original document. I am not sure why this is put it doesn't happen in
Excel or Powerpoint - or any other app for that matter. Anybody seen
this before and have any ideas how to fix. Thanks, G
