Print to pdf in color

I have the ability to print a form template to pdf, but the color is not
being captured. I have marked the checkbox in the "Options" menu labeled
"print background colors and background pictures" but the color is still not
being captured. How can this be done? Thanks.

What product are you using to print to PDF?

Is this option box an InfoPath option or an option for the printer driver?

Can you print in color to a normal printer?

I'm using deskPDF.
There is a checkbox on the Options menu in InfoPath that states "print
background colors and background pictures".
Yes, I can print in color to a normal printer.

If you can print in color to a normal printer then it sounds like an issue
with deskPDF.

Most Windows applications send all of the data to the printer through the
device context. This device context abstracts the application from the
hardware.

You should check with deskPDF and see if they know of an issue with this.
