Print to tray problem

We have a Word document produced by one computer on our network that others
share. If we send it to the printer to “tray 2†(letter heads) it goes to
tray 3 (default plain paper).

No matter what computer you try to print it from, it goes to tray 3.

If any of the computers just open a blank document and type anything and
print it to tray 2, it will go to tray 2 (perfect). Just not that document.

Is there something in the document that can send a document to a different
tray that the one you specified?
